All Lemon products are printed to order and shipped directly from our production partners. This allows us to produce in small runs and avoid unnecessary waste.

UK shipping

• £5 flat-rate shipping on all UK orders
• Free UK shipping on orders over £40

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Processing times

All items are printed to order.

• Processing time: 2–5 business days

Once your order has been printed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• UK: 2–5 business days
• International: 5–15 business days depending on destination

Please note these are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately.
This means items can arrive at different times.

You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment where available.

International shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

International shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination.

Customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your location. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

While we aim to deliver within the timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur due to production, carrier issues, or customs processing.
