Refund and Returns Policy
All Lemon items are printed to order. This allows us to produce in small runs and avoid waste, but it also means we handle returns a little differently to mass-produced retailers.
Please read the policy below carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we’ll make it right.
What to do:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos showing the issue
Once approved, we’ll arrange either:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund
You won’t need to return the item.
Incorrect size or change of mind
Because all items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Preference or fit issues
We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.
In some cases, and at our discretion, we may offer:
- Store credit, or
- A discount code toward a future order
Cash refunds are not guaranteed for these reasons.
Returns
We do not require or accept physical returns for printed items.
Returned items sent without prior approval will not be refunded.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take several working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
